Terms and Conditions

Our mission is to make a healthy diet  readily available and affordable for all beasts and their companions.  Our products are packaged to remain shelf stable for up to two years if protected from light and oxygen.  Once opened, the products will begin to absorb moisture and should be used within a week.

• Never use any product that seems discolored or smells bad.
• If you're dissatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, we want to know about it.  We will exchange it, replace it or give you a refund.  Please leave as much detail as possible, such as where you purchased it and an approximate date.  
• Sales and shipping in Maryland only
• Because of the fragile nature of candy, we do not ship candy. 
• Free local delivery
• Some products may not be available year round.
