Have you ever tried freeze dried food? What's all the hype about?
Freeze drying is a process that removes water from food as it thaws in a strong vacuum chamber, before the moisture has a chance to become a water droplet, leaving it shelf stable for up to THIRTY years! It's an incredible way to preserve just about any food. It's easier to list what can't be freeze dried rather than what can. And one of the most incredible things about freeze drying is that the food looks almost exactly the same both before and after the process is complete. Unlike canning or dehydrating, freeze drying retains 98% of the original nutrients. What you're buying is as close to the ground as you can get without picking it yourself.

- We sell in sample size packages and larger size packages if you have multiple beasts to feed.
- We do not sell food that is generally known to be toxic to certain pets. For example, grapes are toxic to dogs and avocado is toxic to birds.

All the products available from Beasts of Parrotdise offer a variety of textures and methods for feeding. You can add water and let it soak to reconstitute it or serve it as is. You'll have fun too, finding places to hide snacks around the house or in the cage for your pet to find. The possibilities for enrichment are endless.
- You can experiment with any of the products by feeding as is from the package, breaking it up, adding water and feeding immediately or waiting overnight. Some things will rehydrate well and some will not.
- Most products can be powdered and added to the current food as a topper
- If you enjoy cooking for your pet, they can be cooked along with your favorite pet recipe
- Just as people bond through food, our bonds with our pets is made stronger when we offer them the best food possible.

What if you don't find what you want?
- If there's something missing or you have a special request, contact us and we just might add it.
- Because we want to provide healthy food that is safe for all beasts, we will not sell grapes or avocado as they are toxic to dogs and birds, respectively
- Because I think liver is disgusting, we will not sell liver or other organ meat.
